Iran Issues 14-Point Counter to US 9-Point Negotiation Proposal

Iran has submitted a response to the US 9-point proposal via a Pakistani intermediary, centering on the goal of “ending the war according to Iranian Tasnim news agency, while the US proposal calls for a two-month ceasefire, Iran insists that the issues be resolved within 30 days and that the focus should be on “ending the war” rather than merely extending the ceasefire.

Iran’s 14-point proposal addresses key issues including ensuring non-aggression, withdrawing US military forces from Iran’s surrounding areas, lifting the naval blockade, releasing Iran’s frozen assets, paying compensation, lifting sanctions, and ending the war on all fronts—including Lebanon.
