Iran and the US are nearing the completion of a framework agreement, facilitated by Pakistan, aimed at ending the ongoing conflict and establishing measures for de-escalation. At the same time US President Donald Trump stated that the draft of the future agreement with Iran has been mostly negotiated.

“An agreement has been largely negotiated, pending finalization between the United States of America, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and several other countries, as listed,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

He also mentioned that he had phone discussions with the leaders of Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, the UAE, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, during which they talked about the memorandum of understanding related to the deal with Iran.
